You are invited
to experience a participatory design workshop exploring the topic of networking during the MoT program. During the workshop, you will be guided through a design thinking process and directly called to contribute to the creative ideas that will emerge.
Human-centered design is a solution-building process that starts by observing what people say and do, and by empathizing with their thoughts and feelings. Thorough observation of real-life events and the subsequent analysis and reorganization of data lead to insightful ideas that feed into the design process of innovative concepts and solutions.

PRESENTER/FACILITATOR: Giulia Stefani is a Psychologist and dancer who focuses on consulting on product and service improvements from the user perspective and business strategy analysis and definition. Her approach is based on ethnographic research methodologies that allow her to observe and experience the joys and pains of the final users and customers. This human-centered approach results in translation of insights from field research into strategies oriented to improve the user experience.
ADDRESSED TO: This event focuses on the EMBA MoT program experience, it is therefore primarily dedicated to MoT Alumni. HEC EMBA fellow alumni is welcomed to join the non-exclusive events organized by the MoT Alumni Association throughout the year.
COST: MoT Alumni active members can join free of charge. For Non active members, a fee if CHF 50,- will be charge at the door. The payment will be then recognized for the MoT Alumni yearly membership.
